Serving the Hudson Valley

Local technology solutions for Hudson Valley businesses.

We help you communicate faster, automate the repetitive parts of your day, and help your team use software and AI tools safely on real work.

Where small businesses get stuck

A messy, crowded inbox

You're busy serving customers, so requests, invoices, and questions pile up faster than anyone can sort them.

Data Entry and repetition

Your team is good at what they do, but too much of their day goes to copying details from forms, emails, and calls into spreadsheets and software.

Systems that don't connect

You have tools for scheduling, billing, and customers. They just don't share information with each other or are too clunky to use. There is a better solution.

No plan for the future

You're focused on running the business today, so decisions about new software and AI tools keep getting pushed to someday or feel nebulous.

What we do

Email & Communication

Safe, secure tools that help you keep up with email, so your time goes to the conversations that matter.

  • Inboxes that sort and prioritize themselves
  • Shared inboxes for sales, service, or billing
  • Follow-up reminders so nothing slips
  • Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace setup

Custom Automation Tools

We automate the repetitive steps in your work and build simple tools where off-the-shelf software falls short.

  • Forms that fill spreadsheets and send notices
  • Connecting the systems you already use
  • Small custom apps for jobs, orders, or requests
  • Reports that put themselves together

AI Tools & Training

Help choosing the right AI technologies while ensuring safety, security, and compliance.

  • Setup of business AI tools
  • Team training on your own tasks

  • AI built into your workflows

We also set up business phone systems and help with technology planning. Ask about either →

Example projects

What the work looks like

One intake form

Current situation
Maintenance requests come in by email, text, and phone, and get copied into a spreadsheet when someone has a minute.
What we'd build
One request form that feeds a shared tracker, sends tenants and vendors updates automatically as each job moves along, and emails the owner a weekly summary.

260 hours a year back from follow-up calls and emails. That's more than six full work weeks.

A custom order tracker

Current situation
Orders live in three spreadsheets, and only one person knows how they fit together.
What we'd build
A simple order-tracking app on software the business already pays for, covering quote to shipping and connected to the accounting system.

200 hours a year back from spreadsheet upkeep. That's five full work weeks.

Requests to quotes

Current situation
Job requests arrive by phone and email, and quotes are written by hand, then typed into QuickBooks later.
What we'd build
An online request form that feeds one job list and creates draft quotes in QuickBooks, so details are entered once.

150 hours a year back from data entry, and quotes go out the same day.

How we work

You keep the keys.

Every account, automation, and tool we build belongs to your business, not to us. You get written notes on how each one works. If you ever decide to work with someone else, the handoff is simple.

FAQs

How much does it cost?

Projects get a fixed price after the free consultation, so you know the cost before any work starts. The monthly care plan is a flat fee based on what we're looking after for you.

What's the monthly care plan?

After a project is done, the care plan keeps it working. We watch for problems, adjust things when your software changes, make small improvements, and answer your team's questions. It's optional.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Projects are quoted and paid on their own, and the care plan is month to month with 30 days' notice.

Do I need to buy new software?

Usually not. We start with the tools you already pay for, like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or QuickBooks, and only suggest new ones when they're clearly worth it.

Is it safe to use AI tools with our business data?

It depends on the tool. Business versions of AI tools have different data protections than free consumer versions. We can help you choose and give your staff clear rules for what can and can't go into them.

Do you fix computers or handle IT emergencies?

Our focus is email, automation, and AI tools. We help care plan clients with everyday questions, but for computer repair, network projects, or security emergencies we'll point you to a local IT firm.

How far do you travel?

We meet in person across Greene, Columbia, Ulster, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Westchester, and Rockland counties. Most of the work itself is done remotely, so we can help businesses anywhere.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. It's 45 minutes, in person, by video, or by phone, plus a one-page written summary. You keep the summary whether or not you hire us.
